A problem may be whether TFL accept you are a vehicle hire firm and whether that is a hire agreement under the relevant regulations.

Lending somebody a non compliant car as a courtesy doesn't sound much like a hire firms activities.

As a vehicle repairer, after having a large bunch of ULEZ ticket appeals declined by TfL as the courtesy car form was missing the model and a estimated return date, I have redesigned the courtesy car form which is hopefully now compliant with the regulations.

Please can you check that this is now suitable?
