Title: Re: Manchester City Council, 12, parked in residents or shared use parking

I've checked the council pics and apart from pics of your car the CEO has snapped an entry sign to Magna Drive.
But there is a lot of sign clutter and the private road sign is still there.
I wonder if there is also a sign on the left hand side - if not there may be a good case to challenge on the lack of clear signage and conflict with private road.

This is likely to be in a parking zone - probably a permit parking area where you passed entry signs. There should be repeater signs in large zones.
Not sure when this scheme went live:

Google Maps shows private road signs for Magna Drive but this view is from 2019 and the road is included in the Area B scheme.

Hi,

Parked this morning, no road markings or signs on the side of the road explaining it was residents or shared. Is it valid?
