My friend over 25 with a provisional licence borrowed my car and got a speeding ticket at 26mph on a 20mph zone
He didn't have insurance to drive my car. I believe he will get points and a fine.
My question is, will I get points on my licence for letting him drive my car??
Will you? Possibly, could you, yes. Similar punishment to the driver and similar (double in the first year) insurance impact if you do.
History suggests the Police don't routinely check insurance unless given a cause to be 'shenanigans'.

Other point to note, the OP elected to spare us the relevant details, by instead stating that is friend "got a speeding ticket".

As above, if there are no shenanigans or strange responses (or lack of) that give the Police cause to look at this more closely, it is possible that the sausage machine will just deal with the response and chuck out an offer of SAC* or fixed penalty without anyone looking at insurance or lack of.
Respond with the driver details and get them to confirm they were driving.
*I can't remember if you can attend a speed awareness course without a full licence?

Unfortunately, Doris Stokes, Mystic Meg and all the other psychics we used to use have unexpectedly passed to the other side.
From what you have told us, you may well be prosecuted for permitting. Or you might not.
Some forces seem to be more keen to prosecute permitting where the driver variously manages to evade justice, or appears to be a fabrication. Others prefer to spread the love more widely.

Yes, if the police investigate. It seems you are guilty of causing or permitting your friend to drive without insurance.
Six points. If you're lucky, a £300 fixed penalty. Otherwise an income-related fine.
