Video appears to show you leaving the zone, so the quality or otherwise of the signage there would appear to be a moot point. Where did you enter the zone?

Dear Islington

Ref:  PCN

I make these formal representations:

1. The video does not show any signage allegedly passed.

2. The signage is inadequate, especially in the weather conditions and time of night.

In light of the above, please cancel the said PCN since the alleged contravention  did not occur.

Video shows you stopped just before the signs, then drove on past them. So any claim of not being able to see them is likely to fail any appeal. 

Did you not know at the time what these signs meant ?

We need to see the video. So if you can't download it and post it here, please post your car reg. number.  There is no possible harm in doing this; it is on display 24x7 on the street or when you drive around, so it's not a secret.

The London Borough of Islington believes that you are liable to pay a Penalty Charge with respect to the
above vehicle, for the following alleged contravention:
52JM Failing to comply with a prohibition on certain types of vehicle (Motor Vehicles)
The vehicle was seen in:Aubert Park [By Camera IS0080] [Zone G]
 I've not seen any sign. it must be very unvisible especially at that late time at night On the picture on. line of Google Earth a tree is covering quite a bit. of the sign on the left side of the road. Unfortunately, they can't have not put in on the pictures they've sent me. the way in only you can see my car coming out from that road.
