The statement re date of service after the statement re paying is confusing.  Cp:  you have posted salient draft representations on this very issue on the other forum and one other member has a similarly worded PCN.

This is a blatant contravention, if @CyclingMikey (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCm6g2GP912ku4lPd-155-Vw) had caught you you'd be at risk of points on your licence for doing something like that. So we definitely cannot challenge the contravention.

In terms of getting the PCN cancelled, two aspects come to mind. The first one is that by giving information about the date of service right next to the payment deadline, the authority is giving somewhat ambiguous information.

The other aspect is down to who the keeper, what's your connection to the LLP that the PCN was issued to?

All,
Please find attached my PCN, which was issued for passing to the right of the vehicular sign. As I was turning right and there was no traffic on the other side, I took the right.

Is there any hope in appealing this PCN? I couldn't find any similar cases for this contravention code but I'm wondering whether all the rules related to camera enforcement were followed. Any help in this regard would be appreciated.
