You should have received the evidence that the prosecution intend to rely upon, with the letter (Single Justice Procedure Notice) asking you to plead. Do you think there is something missing?

Hello

So I'm trying to find the evidence that is against me but I'm not sure how I would go about it. Do I call the magistrates court where my hearing is and ask them for the evidence?
