I've sent a challenge

Don't leave it to go to NTO - challenge now online attaching the letter. Only takes a few mins.

Update on this - I received an exoneration letter on 6 Sep 24 stating they would remove the disabled sign (see letter via link) Needless to say they haven't removed the sign and I've been issued with another PCN. I am tempted to just leave it as I have the exonerating letter which they have failed to act on and let it go all the way or is that being vexatious and should I go through the appeals process using the exoneration letter? Any ideas

OP, the traffic sign pl.
-
Yes it looks like you have what you need to get this cancelled - you need to ask Lambeth to remove the upright sign although you haven't included a pic of the sign and its location.
Here's the notice of order - it came into force on 29 Jan this year and experimental orders can last up to 18 months.

Hi,
I think I know how to proceed with this but would like some advice. I live in LTN hell and Lambeth Council have been changing the parking landscape recently. They created a disabled bay when the LTN went in last September as they had put planters at the old Bay. In February they decided to decommission the disabled bay and extend it to become street parking also removing the planters and making that space loading only.
The wording on the traffic order is as follows:
a) to remove experimentally the disabled bay outside No 52 and extend the adjacent shared use parking place by 6 metres.
This order is still on a lamppost and I have checked Lambeth Traffic Management for updates and there aren't any - the road markings have been removed however the very small plate wasn't removed.
A neighbour got a ticket the other week and my immediate neighbour and I got tickets last week. All the photo evidence is on the link including Lambeth traffic maps indicating that the space is shared parking.
My view is to say the 'Offence didn't occur" and provide the evidence of the traffic order and map from their website. A
Could anyone advise as to the right approach?
