now i realise a question mark at the wrong end can change the whole meaning to it.
HAHAH
apology.
:)

i have nominated the driver and sent it returned the filled form as first class stamped and took pic of posting in the letterbox but i have received reminder now?
Are you asking us or telling us?
is it normal to receive reminder or do i need any action on the reminder ?
It is common to receive a reminder if your response has not been processed - either from still being sat in the "to do" pile, or because it hasn't been delivered.
There is no separate obligation to respond to the reminder, but if your response was not delivered, you have not satisfied the original obligation.

... Although from the clips you shared it was almost certainly working out the back so the more relevant is before you got to the van.
If it was working out of the back, isn't the OP's speed after they passed the van and drove away that's more relevant.
(The first three of the OP's photos are from the rear of his car, the second three from the front)

Being hidden is irrelevant (not that it appears to be hidden).
The speed recorded on your dashcam is irrelevant unless that is the precise moment you were caught (but see below).
The court court is likely to believe an approved device over your unapproved dashcam.
Thank you.

The speed that you were doing at the point you passed the van is utterly irrelevant in itself.
The speed that you were doing at the point the device in the van recorded your speed as 80mph is very relevant.
If the device has line of sight to your car, it could potentially record your speed at up to 1km away. At 70mph, it would take ~32s to travel 1km - so, did you speed get anywhere near 80mph within ~32s of passing the van (assuming that your speed was reasonably constant)?
N.B. The offence is exceeding the 70mph speed limit, not specifically doing 80mph - if you can prove that you were only doing say 77, you almost certainly would still be convicted.
thanks likely that's how i got caught. it has been really bad day for travelling from start to end. as i ended up on dartford charge then this and excessive time spent on traveling.

You may have been travelling at 70 or so (bearing in mind the GPS speed on the dash cam normally lags by a couple of seconds) when you passed the camera van. But it would have "caught" you up to 1km away, depending on visibility. So likely you were travelling somewhat faster when they zapped you. Have you gone online as suggested to see the photos (stills from the video feed) that they have, to see what speed is shown there?
Unfortunately, your understandable frustration at the length of the drive does not excuse anything, as I am sure you know.
80mph will see you qualify for a course if you haven't done one in the last 3 years.
P.S. Hope you pre-booked the parking at West Wittering otherwise you'd have been doubly disappointed.
soon i past the van i did go above 70 for 5-8 sec as it approached a round about.
thanks parking for pre-booked as have seen many returning over the course of few years.

Hi
I received this NIP on 1st Aug 2024 for speeding on 30 July 2024.
Speeding - motor vehicle exceed 70 mph on a dual carriageway - manned equipment travelling at 80 mph at : A27, J/W Norton Lane, Aldingbourne
I was travelling from london to west wittering beach and traveling time took excessively long due to road works. i started journey at 8.11 am without stopping reached 12:27 .. 2.30hr journey taking 4.30hr minutes.
passing this location i did realise there was a van parked in the middle behind tree in the hidden while passing i was at 70 mph then might exceeded for a sec or two as this is downhill i guess but my dash cam shows doing 70 mph at the same location where the van was parked at the same time. kindly advise and see the picture taken from dash cam video attached.
