How close was the suspension sign to where you parked?

Suspension sign says bays outside 133-139; what number were you outside ?

Please post-up unredacted, all sides of the PCN

Please post a GSV link to the location.

Title: London Redbridge PCN: Suspended bay parking ticket
Post by: isarwar on July 24, 2024, 01:32:29 pm
Hi, I got a PCN last Friday for parking in a suspended bay, and I'm really annoyed about it. I expected the bay to be closed with cones or something if it was suspended. Also, there were lots of other cars parked there, not just mine. It's our high street, and I park there regularly, so it felt natural to park there.

I'm attaching some pictures to show that it was a busy parking spot, and there was no obvious way to tell it was suspended. I did see in the ticket details that a notice was placed near the bays, but I completely missed that.

Here are the pictures

Do I have any chance of contesting this?
