First time posting on this forum

I successfully appealed a pcn to the adjudicator as well

It was a school street in E17 (campus rd)

It seems WF are ignoring TSRGD at all school street schemes across the borough and have consequently been raking in income from the cctv installations

I have a FOI in the pipeline to disclose the numbers of pcn issued since installation at campus and Tennyson

I will post the numbers when I get them

Hi all,

I posted this on Pepipoo initially but as it's defunkt I'm reposting here for reference.

I appealed the PCN here on several grounds:

It was allowed due to the placement of the CCTV not showing the signage at the time of the contravention.

I hope this helps others, and maybe it can go onto the known flaws document?  Although it is only this specific camera.
