hi guys i gave my car to a garage to have some work done and they had it for just over a month and i have now received a pcn. I have spoken to the garage but they are unwilling to help me sort it out i have attached some pictures but the fine is now £130 would there be a way for me to pay a reduced amount. Thank You YR
