It's not just the front of the car overhanging the DYL, your front wheels are fully in contravention,  So looks like the alleged contravention occurred.

Let's have look at both sides of the PCN please. Hello, I recently got a PCN notice for parking on a restricted road in restricted hours. However my car was less than half on the double yellow lines and more of it was on normal road. There was no other space on the roads and cars that double parked never got tickets. Can I appeal this?.
