I have to say the contravention seems to be made out both by the photo of the sign stating it is for goods vehicle loading only, and also your admission that you essentially "chanced your arm" by parking there.

Hi Everybody,

on the 03/07/24 , I parked in a loading bay in dagenham heathway opposite tesco to quickly get into talati pharmacy to pick up a prescription for myself and daughter as i was sick .

On getiing back to my car just few minutes , I saw a parking ticket on it.

How best can i challenge this fine?

and on what grounds ? as i cant even afford any fine at the moment .
