Correct stopped, did not see any signs..

Sorry, but no good without seeing the video to give good advice. 

If you let us have the PCN Number and car reg we can look at it, or failing that download it and post here.

You've said nothing about the stop, (assuming you did stop). Quick fag or to take a phone call ?
