@jjjssee please read the guidance here (https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/) and post up:

1) The PCN.
2) Your representations including any supporting evidence.
3) The notice of rejection.

I'm also not sure what you mean by "Dart charge cert"? As I said, you'd best just show us the paperwork.

I've found the Dart Charge people are usually quite helpful, I had dealings with them last week on a similar matter which was resolved quite quickly. Maybe give them a call and ask why they've rejected your appeal?
Title: Dart Crossing

Hi got a dart crossing ticket for a car I sold on the day in question. New owner informed me he was going to tow it - no Mot and had off road notification.

He drove it I got the ticket., I contacted Dart and explained (sending a Photo of the DVLA acknowledgement of no longer the keeper)

Date of dart crossing 09/05/24
date of acknowledgement (no longer keeper) 24/05/24
Dart charge cert 27/06/24
Rejection today 08/06/24

Do I contact DVLA and get the date of ownership Confirmed?
Or do I take it on the chin and pay for new owners mistake? (I don’t have details)

Thanks
