If you are just copying and pasting text, just put it

in a 'quotes' pane
or a
Spoiler (hover to show)

If images then you will need to use imgur or something similar.

The guidance was read first.

Sourcing chosen alternatives for link uploads and gauging the 'limited space' in the site was a teething process.

Will upload links from an upload site of choice in order to remedy the tried and tested alternative of pasting. Then repost.

Thanks for directives.

@FindThatLegalAngle as above you need to read the guidance (https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/). You should read the guidance regardless of any issues around sharing pictures, because it explains what is needed and what is not needed, following the guidance will get you the best advice quicker.

The site has a limited amount of storage space to upload images.

Here is a link which has info on how to upload images (and PCN details) if the above issues arises: https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/

Quote from the above link "The easiest way is to take pictures with your phone. There is some upload space on this site but it's quite limited, so it's best to upload to a picture hosting site (such as https://imgur.com or similar) and post links"

Hope that helps

Hi

We are trying to upload text and some accompanying files but are being told ' The upload folder is full'.

This is happening even though we have shrunk the files.

What is the problem?
