Dear London Borough of Redbridge,

The alleged contravention did not occur. On 7 April 2014 the council resolved to allow footway parking along the entirety of Leyswood Drive, it follows that my car was lawfully parked irrespective of the signage. I refer you to the Agenda and minutes of the Area 4 Committee (Aldborough, Barkingside and Clayhall) of Monday, 7th April, 2014 7.15 p.m (which you will find on your intranet).

It follows that the alleged contravention did not occur.

You need to re-post the documents on here please. Otherwise when pepipoo goes offline, all the key stuff will disappear.

That being said, the discount hasn't been offered so it's a no-brainer to carry on. Would you like me to represent you at the tribunal?

I pray you are all well I’m glad this website is live I sent messages on the pepipoo not realising it’s not being used. I appealed for pcn twice both times got rejected I now have 5 days to put an appeal to the tribunals and need your assistance please.
