You don't seem to understand the process. Why would those time stamped photos not "stand up"? They are what was used to obtain the keepers details from the DVLA. Do they have the correct keeper of the vehicle?
So, without knowing any more information other than you know little about the process but have considered that it may be worthwhile perjuring yourself if it ever wen to court, it is difficult to give any advice. Please answer @DWMB2s question and provide the necessary detail.

Can I argue I never left, that my car could still be there, or that I just don't believe this is me?
Before we get onto any avenues of defence, anything you argue in court must be truthful, unless you fancy committing perjury and turning a £100 parking charge into a potential prison sentence.
Likewise, lying in writing in a bid to ward off the parking company is equally unwise - if you do this and the matter goes to court and it becomes apparrent you have been less than truthful, the judge is unlikely to believe anything you subsequently say.
So, what you can argue will depend on the facts of the case. You may well have decent avenues of defence, but first we need to get more information on the table. Take a look at the following thread, and provide as much of the information it asks for as you are able to: READ THIS FIRST - Private Parking Charges Forum guide (https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/read-this-first-private-parking-charges-forum-guide/)

I've been ignoring a PCN where their images show me going in, but a dark and grainy image of some headlights coming out. It's elevated to BWLegal sending letter after letter, now threatening CCJ.

Will this hold up? Will they have a longer video, or just these two images? Can I argue I never left, that my car could still be there, or that I just don't believe this is me? Will they get away with process of deduction i.e. having imagery of every other car, so assuming this is me? Should I just pay it as they're probably big and bullish enough to take me to court and win either way?
