You haven't mentioned anything which may provide a defence. Having no idea that you were speeding will not really cut the mustard.
You should be offered a course for that speed.

Hi
I have received an NIP for doing 68 in a 60 zone on the M4 on the edge of London. Apparently it was on Tuesday this week, but I'm pretty careful always to obey the speed limit so I'm surprised - I had no idea I was speeding. Is there any defence or do I just complete the form and accept what's coming to me? Will I qualify for a speed awareness workshop (I haven't done one for about 10 years).
