As above we need to see a copy of the PPN from Horizon.
Their older ones do not meet the criteria to claim from the keeper.

Parked in Tesco car park and received this letter few days later regarding PCN issued by horizon parking. Anyone able to help contest this? Mentions show disabled card at service desk in store if required additional time.
