There may be a number of things you could appeal on, but until we know where this is, we're in the dark.

Hey there, could anyone give me some advice for this PCN I’ve just received?

There’s a road you can turn into alongside a school next to my home which has a time restriction for vehicles from 8:20-9:20. Unfortunately, I’ve been charged with video footage of entering this road at 9:14:44. With the cost of living so high and my son being made redundant, it’s already hard enough to manage the bills and rent alone.

To my defence, the signage is placed at an extremely tight angle in which is very easy to miss, especially when driving my Toyota Prius. The sign is so close to the road and right at the edge of the turn that by the time you see it properly, you would have already turned in. Furthermore, you’d be too busy checking your mirrors when turning to even notice the sign since there’s always so much footfall in the area.

Is there any way I can appeal this in a reasonable way? Highlighting the placement of the sign being the key factor? Any help would be appreciated, I’ll attach the images I’ve taken today also.
