@Abz2k23 please post all the pages of the PCN, including the Web Code. The starting point is that we need to see the video, we cannot give any advice without this, and we cannot see the video without the Web Code which is probably printed on page 2 or 3.
Also post all pages of the notice of rejection , giving us snippets is really no good as we can't give any advice without seeing everything.

There are two possible avenues that could support an appeal to the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, (1) is the single No Entry sign obscured by the trees on the approach ? The council have been rather remiss in only installing one sign, and there is no advance warning, and (2), there will be PCNs dated between the date of the first PCN, and the date the first PCN was received. So by the time your friend realised his error, several PCNs had been issued. To ask for them all to be paid is quite unfair and has won appeals in the past. If he can show how the sign was not very visible, and, of course, easily hidden by a high vehicle, then this would be a credible appeal. I would suggest that to support an appeal, photos are taken of the approach to see what the degree of obscuration the trees are causing.
Of course, to take the matter to the TPT, the full PCN penalties will be in play so there is some risk, and how robust a case can be made for cancellation. If the sign is badly obscured, all the PCNs should be cancelled.
Just look at all the GSV views take in Spring and Summer. The No Entry sign is nowhere to be seen. There really should be two signs here, one on each side of the road.

This the the reason for rejection.
He turned left to go into the no entry.
Any help is highly appreciated as he has till 5th june to appeal TPT.

Sorry for the late reply i have been trying to get the papers from the friend he has yet to send the rejection but has sent me the orginal pcn, the rejection i should get by tonight.

Please tell us which direction your friend approached the No Entry sign. It does seem exceptionally badly signed, but of course that makes them more money,(most people just cough-up), so they have no incentive to improve things.

I am trying to get some help on behalf of a friend that does not travel to high wycombe a lot but after giving a lift to a friend who also does not drive he went into the no entry buses only 9 times in a space of 12 days and a couple within 24 hours he appealed and it got rejected so was woundering if he has any chance to get a few cancelled as he does not mind paying half of them but thinks its unfair to pay all of them.
