Don't have it alas.  I've tried asking the bloke for it (who I don't know) and he's not responded.  I'll ask him one more time and post it here if he responds.

Hi - I'm trying to help someone on twitter who's got a box junction PCN in Cardiff.  I've got their PCN number and vehicle registration, but can't seem to find the video online.  Does anyone know where Cardiff PCN videos are hidden?

The website just says "The PCN will include photographic stills and a link to a website where you can view the footage of the alleged contravention."

I only have the first page of the PCN which doesn't include this supposed "link".  Anyone managed to find a Cardiff box junction video before?
