That would be great, thanks.  I'd twigged it was a Tribunal appeal, but wasn't sure if my original submission would have knackered my chances...

Bristol doesn't seem to bother contesting these at the tribunal, presumably as they know their case is hopeless.

You can only appeal to the tribunal against a Notice of Rejection, which you only get after making a representation to the council. Therefore you representation to Bristol does not invalidate anything, on the contrary it's a necessary step.

Would you like me to represent you at the tribunal?

Recreated from memory, after Pepipoo's demise...

Early March, I thought I may have inadvertently infringed the CAZ.  Email correspondence with the CAZ enquiries email address didn't reveal ( they don't ) whether I had or not, so I left it.

Got a PCN.  Appealed, rejected.  It seems my original PCN is one of the ones that have a "Date of posting" versus "Date of Service" issue.  However, does my appeal to Bristol invalidate a tribunal appeal?

I've got until 28th of June to decide whether to appeal or pay the £69 discretionary "discounted amount".[attach=1][attach=2][attach=3][attach=4]
