To go back to the original question "What should I do in this situation?", you have no alternative but to supply the driver's name and address. Failure to do so will see you charged (three times) with a much more serious offence.

Was he insured to drive your car?
Which realistically means did you add him to your insurance, any insurance he may have in Belgium wouldn't (is exceedingly unlikely to) cover him to drive your car in the UK.

Was he insured to drive your car? When you name a foreign driver in response to a !request for driver's details" you should be prepared to answer that question as it might be asked at some stage.

Presumably you have received 3 NIPs with requirements to name the driver?
If so, there is a clue to what you should do in the sentence above this one.

My friend came from Belgium to visit and uses my car when I was working night shift and after he has gone I have received 3 speeding ticket. Am really stressed over this and has made my mental health not stable for the past few days I only have his address and name. What should I do in this situation
