Need to pay this today to get discounted rate
@JLA no you don't, if you make a representation today the discount will be reoffered in the rejection. If you ignore the rejection and wait for the NTO, the discount will be reoffered again as long as you challenge the NTO within 14 days of the date of issue.

Need to pay this today to get discounted rate but just wondered if it mattered if one end of the residents parking bay has double white lines at one end (where it joins double yellow lines) and a single white line at the other end of the bay and if that had any bearing on the legality of the bay?

Yes I did park there and there was another sign along the bay, i just parked there to pop in a shop around the corner on Cricklewood Broadway and was gone for about 5 mins, but as there's no arguing this one I'll just have to pay up :(
Thanks anyway guys.

You could argue multiple choice but the decisions are somewhat antediluvian.

So, you parked here :-

You parked in a marked bay, so it is your duty as a motorist to check for whatever restrictions may apply to that bay. You would do this by looking for a sign for the bay. There is more than one sign, so it appears adequately signed. The absence of a sub-code is not a big issue, provided the contravention is described correctly.
So did you go and look for a sign for the bay ?
The more you can tell us, the more we can advise on.
I'm afraid so far from your narrative, the PCN, and the location, you've got pretty thin gruel for an appeal at London Tribunals.

Hi All,
Got this ticket for parking in a residents bay, should there be a suffix on the pcn or any observation time. Also one of the permit signs is only 28" from the ground and although there was another sign of regular height near to where parked, i know it's a very long shot, but is there anything I could possibly use as an argument?
Appreciate any help/advice.
Thanks.
