PCSOs cannot act for TFL because their uniform does not comply with the requirements imposed by section 76(3) of the Traffic Management Act 2004, so everything they do is a procedural impropriety.

Read this, and update your post accordingly.

Until the PCN arrives and we know where this is, we can't really tell you much.
Title: TFL Code 62

Not got pcn yet but its on the way. A mspco (I believe thats what you call them, met officer behalf of tfl) snapped my car parked on footpath. Pcn is due to come soon. I was on a side road single yellow/faded. I was in a rush dropping off deliveries just parked however and went and done delivery and come back. I know stupid mistake to park on footpath especially in london but i was just in a rush and didnt think twice. I saw defence for them issuing ticket under tfl for red route/code 46 and in tribunal pcn was cancelled. My question is can the same apply here for code 62? I will post pcn once it comes
