Ok thank you. I'm sorry you can understand this is probably very stressful for me which is why I was urgently requiring free traffic legal advice, like it says on the tin. I will wait for the evidence pack from TFL and be back in contact. Thank you.
We Musketeers understand that. And love the stress!

The contravention did not occur. Full submissions to be made upon receipt of TFL's evidence pack.

Yes, I have requested a in person hearing. But what do I tick/write for grounds of appeal?
-
I forgot to mention, did you request a hearing?
If not it doesn't matter, once you get the email from the tribunal confirming your case number, call the tribunal call centre and tell them you want a telephone hearing.

@Johnathorn asking the same question over and over again in different ways will not get you a different answer.
If you want to represent yourself just fill in the appeal from with "I rely on my formal representations", tick the boxes requesting all communications to be by email, scan it and email it to queries@londontribunals.org.uk
Do not send the form in the post!
There is absolutely nothing to be gained from showing your hand at this stage, so there's no reason why you'd provide any additional detail at this point. Make sure to tick the box requesting a hearing, you definitely don't want a postal decision.
Once you get the evidence from TFL post it on here and we'll take a look for you.

Hey all, I have made formal representations against this PCN which was rejected, attached is rejection letter. My initial appeal was very simple and just a request to have the PCN reverted to £80 as I wasn't driving at the time and driver never bothered to passed the windscreen PCN to me. I just wanted to settle at a more affordable figure and end the matter. I am now looking to appeal this to the London Tribunals so if anyone knows any reason I can use to have this PCN cancelled by the tribunal I would be greatly appreciative. Apparently after this tribunal appeal was successful (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xokOkjdoJf0e5CBjBP7smnErCrMxps0m/view) it opens a precedent which will allow others to follow suit.
If you require any further information please let me know and thanks in advance for your assistance.
