Sorry but this is of no assistance -neither the original request nor the response ipso facto.

Thank you. Cp8759 has sent an appeal so while we wait to hear if they allow it - I've received the FOI request response which I'm pasting for future reference.

Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/15217324

Thank you for your request for information received on 25th March 2024, in which you asked for the following:

1.      Please supply the make and model numbers of the bus lane camera operating on the High Road N22 outside No. 146.

2.      Please supply copies of the certificates to prove the make and models have been certified under the London Local Authorities Act 1996 (LLAA 96).

My response is as follows:

1.      We do not have a bus lane at High Road N22 outside No. 146.  We have a bus stop restriction in front of No. 146 High Road N22 which is enforced using a PTZ MIC IP Attended camera device.

2.      Certification of a CCTV camera device is not required under the Local Authorities Act 1996 (LLAA) for the enforcement of bus stop restriction.

If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request you can ask us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the Feedback & Resolutions Team.  (Please note you should do so within two months of this response.)

Yours sincerely,

Ann Cunningham

Unfortunately juggling too much and I missed deadline to either pay or appeal to tribunals.

Good luck if that is the reason.

A pickle. If you did not register an appeal, game over.
Not necessarily, an out of time appeal can be attempted.

@roaduser I'm going to drop you a PM, it might not work but at the end of the day there's nothing to lose in giving it a go.

Hello Experts.

Original PCN: https://ibb.co/Yc506fm

Appealed as a PHV Driver thinking allowed to drop off customer.

Rejection letter dated 20/03/24: https://ibb.co/Jm2BKBk

Posted on Pepipoo for advice. Following advice I Submitted a FOI for the camera details. Acknowledgement received on 27/03/24 stating a response by 24/04/24.  This has not been received yet.

Unfortunately juggling too much and I missed deadline to either pay or appeal to tribunals.

I've now received the Charge certificate https://ibb.co/7GBG87Y

Is it game over and I should pay up or is there anything to do be done for late appeals? Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you
