You could make a representation asking for one of the PCNs to be cancelled, as long as you challenge both PCNs during the initial 14 day discount period, the discount should be re-offered even if they refuse to cancel.

However you'd really be reliant on a mistake being made in the Notice of Rejection, there hasn't been much success lately at this location.

Hi, this is not a speeding offence so admin may move it to the Council thread.
Please post photos of the PCN (hide the address), provide a google street view link
Title: Double PCN on same journey/road on a bank holiday

Dear Forum,

I received two PCNs (33e) within two minutes of each other for driving through Dulwich - Burbage Road Junction Gallery Road North Westbound and then Burbage Road Junction Turney Road North Westbound on Bank Holiday Monday last week.

From what I could see there doesn’t seem to be exceptions for Bank Holidays but is it fair to be penalised twice for the same journey along the same route ?

I would really appreciate your advice here.
