You have to put something in by midnight so send this:

Dear Transport for London,

I contend there has been a procedural impropriety, specifically I put it to you that TFL has not complied with section 76(3) of the Traffic Management Act 2004. Should this representation be rejected, you will be put to strict proof at London Tribunals.

The NTO is dated 7th.June, date of service 9th June, 28th day beginning with date of service is (by my reckining - open to correction) TODAY, 6th July.

THis means you must make some sort of representation by midnight TODAY.

Check the status of the PCN on TfL's website, and post up here any TfL picture(s) (is your photo a TfL picture?)

There are some cases where CEO enforcement of parking on red routes has been judged irregular - wait for the experts here to chip in.

While waiting, please post up rest of the NtO and re-instate or supply PCN no. and Reg Mark.
Also post a GSV link to the location.

Received NTO without receiving any PCN
NTO shows date of service of PCN, however I didn't receive.
How can I challenge
