@ankd3 any updates?

As per Mr Chips. The rest of the PCN please.

Also, the location on the PCN is no good. I don't believe there is a road called 'High Road Chadwell Heath'. There is a 'High Road' in that area, but it's over three miles long with multiple box junctions along it (I counted at least three). The PCN is required to state the grounds on which the council believe it is due. A non-existent location, or one that is too vague to indicate where the contravention allegedly took place can be argued against.

Your exit was clear. But for the bus you could have gone round the blue car into it. It's only a contravention to have to stop due to stationary vehicles but the bus wasn't stationary.

Hey Everyone,
I recently got this PCN charge on 13/2/24. In the video below.
I am turning left to then take the available lane to turn right. As the video shows, the blue car suddenly breaks whilst blocking both lanes and not allowing me to take the lane to turn right. The bus on the opposite side also means I am unable to take the turn safely. Had the blue car been to the left and not blocking the right lane, I would have been able to enter the available lane. The video also shows a car turning right which means I have not blocked any car.
My understanding is you should only enter if there is available space on the other side of the yellow box which in my case there is but would be grateful to hear everyone's thoughts on this and if any grounds to appeal.
Thanks
