Hello Everyone,

I wanted to provide you with a quick update. I submitted an appeal requesting photos of my vehicle, as they were not included in the evidence.

Today, I received a letter in the post stating that my fine has been cancelled because the correct procedure was not followed.

Is not the test, instead it's 'c)a civil enforcement officer had begun to prepare a penalty charge notice to be given in accordance with regulation 9,

We need to see the photos. While they won't prove your claim or the council's, they could be indicative.

Hi CEO did not prepare PCN she only took the photo as i was driving away. I was there less then a minute and she was busy with other cars. It was only when i drove away she took the photo.

Please give us the PCN number and number plate. This looks suspiciously like the sort of case where they've taken a photo before they started preparing the PCN, and in such circumstances there is no power to serve a postal PCN.

Hi,

I was dropping my kids off at school just outside the school gates and as i drove away a parking warden took a photo.

I have had a look at the evidence on the council website and no photos appear of my vehicle only the signs and markings are shown in the photo evidence.

Can i appeal this?

Appreciate all help.
