Please just post the PCN and then we can tell you, because PCNs are issued under a variety of Parliamentary Acts, not just one, and the mandatory content can very depending on which Act.

Just a quicky before i post up full details, does a PCN have to contain info on how to view evidence? otherwise it s invalid?
