Thank you for the replies. I have kept every single letter that they have ever sent and the original parking ticket that was dispensed with half of my registration in it. The appeals were all over email and just say what I stated above. Attached is the letter I have just received and the original notice to keeper.(https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WsfZ3EcCw9Cd2l5PbIhn9eMMOaJXe69v/view?usp=drivesdk)

As said above, you need to post everything you can in order for us to give you good advice.

If you have a N1SDT county court claim form, we only need to see the front page, and you should obscure details as advised at http://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/read-this-first-private-parking-charges-forum-guide/

If you have a N1SDT county court claim form you have 14+5 days from its date to file either an Acknowledgment of Service or a defence. If you file an AoS you have a further 14 days before having to file a defence.

Without any documents such as your original Notice to Keeper we will be hard pressed to advise you.

It’s not a “fine”, it’s an invoice for payment under the contract the driver entered into by reading the signs and parking.

Can you post a copy of what you have received. Also have you kept any PCN and appeal notes signs etc. The information you have provided thus far gives little chance of assisting any process moving forward.
If you could gather as much information and post it this will help.

Hi guys,

Thanks in advance for any replies I may receive.

4 years ago I received a parking fine for parking in my university car park. My defence was that I had proof through my bank statement and the ticket that was printed by the machine, the only problem was that this ticket had only printed half of my registration plate. I have parked in this car park many times and this is the only time I had encountered this error.

I had just been sent many letters over the past 4 years, but today have received a letter from HM Courts and Tribunals Service.

I am looking for advice on where to go from here and whether I have a case with this.

Thanks in advance.
