Hi, no this is another PCN . I have several all the same so didn’t want to post again as everything is going through the same process and don’t want to clutter the forum. So just thought I would ask the question separately as it will no doubt relate to all the others when they get to this stage.

I am inclined to put “ prepared not to say” as I’m not legally obliged to reveal the drivers details. This is the stance taken with all my appeals thus far.

Just a quick one . I am appealing a drop off charge and need to now appeal to the IAS.
Before filing the appeal i am being asked a couple of questions

One being if I was the driver at the time
The options are
Yes
No
I am not prepared to say

If I select No or not prepared to say how would that impact me as the keeper?

Could I be later be forced to reveal who the driver was?
How would either No or the not prepared to say stance differ as / if things progress?
