Thank you, on what basis do you think my appeal should rest?
-
Euro Car Park's PCNs are never POFA compliant.
They omit the statutory wording required by Schedule 4 Paragraph 9(2)(b) and (e).
Make sure that the driver is never revealed in any appeal.

Could really do with advice chaps!

There is no mention on the PCN regarding period of parking this must be stated.
There is a further option which is better return to the pub and get the Manager to cancel.
Thanks, it does state Time in car park, 1 hour 11 minutes.
Also shows entry and exit times & dates.
We asked a member of staff today, not sure if manager but seemed competent. He said there was nothing he could do and we had to contact the car park company :(

I was previously a very thankful member of Pepipoo.
I am the registered keeper.
Recieved a PCN for unauthorised parking at the JDW Wheatsheaf in Cheadle, the PCN has photos of the car entering and leaving.
I had previously used this car park without paying and without issue a couple of years previously so foolishly thought nothing of using it again.
The date of the event is 15/08/2026
The date issued printed on the letter is 20/08/2026
Now, the 14 day thing gets messy due to the bank holiday weekend.
We have been away from home from late afternoon Friday the 28th until today, Tuesday 1st Sep.
When we got home this was on the doormat, no postmark on the envelope. I can't say whether it landed within the 14 days or not as today is 17 days and it didn't come in Fridays post as that came before we left.
What is for sure is the alleged "date issued" printed on the PCN is WAY before they sent it. Although, from personal experience the Royal Mail are currently REALLY slow in some areas, with 2nd Class taking 2 weeks or more (I just recieved something in the same batch that was posted over 4 weeks prior!)
I paid cash, but another member of our party paid with a mobile phone and can supply screenshots of the purchase with the date and time.
I'll post this now then attempt to upload images.
