Ah yes, I was mistakenly starting the 28-day countdown from the date of the letter!

I thought I would come along here for any last-minute advice as I'm drafting my challenge to submit tonight.

Why tonight? You can make reps online and the 28-day period ends on 26 Aug.

Just shows the usefulness of GSV having historical views as well as current. Of course parking restrictions do change, but not all that often.

OK so the order map says 9am if it's that small bay by the timber yard.

So don't let Enfield take you for a Ride.

There are some weird goods vehicles CPZ things that come up around there.

GSV for 2018 shows, (I think) 8 am, but I agree it could be taken as a 9. and if one goes back to 2015, it is definitely a 9

Time to look at the Traffic Order methinks

Are you sure that's not 8am - looking back in time it's hard to tell.

I will be challenging this NTO on the basis that the timeplate reads "9 am - 6.30 pm". As I was found parked at 8:40am, I was issued a PCN 20 minutes before the restrictions came into place.

In addition, is it worth mentioning that I didn't actually find the PCN on my windscreen? The first I found out about the issuance was when I received my NTO.

I thought I would come along here for any last-minute advice as I'm drafting my challenge to submit tonight. I would be grateful for any help and insight.
