Whatever the date on the N1SDT form, which I can’t see, you have 14+5 days to file a defence or an Acknowledgment of Service, and if you file an AoS you have 28+5 days to file a defence.
You will need to file a defence based on the Particulars of Claim on the N1SDT form and any other relevant facts.
If you want assistance with your defence, please explain the background and post the relevant documents, the Notice to Keeper, Notice to Hirer, any appeal, any response to the appeal, and so on.
The claim is presumably against you, and you have to defend it. You can’t pass it on, transfer it or divert it, and if you do nothing you will end up with a default judgment against you.

Hello all,
I hope all is well.
I received the below moneyclaim plea letter for a case which should be transferred to the renter or the vehicle (though with oversight mixed with not being able to easily find a way to divert the liability due to no email or phone number for UK parking control limited) we are now here.
What can be done, can this at this late stage be passed onto the hirer of the vehicle somehow? Either through UKPC if someone has a way to do so, or via GCTT eforcement agents?
Any advice would be helpful
