You can e mail Mc Donald’s and try that way. You should appeal both NTK as the RK. Do not under any circumstances mention the driver. You must put them on strict proof to provide their evidence. Look up the case of VCS Vs Ibbotston but if you are adamant you complied with their conditions then see what happens after your initial appeal. On my computer the sign is quite blurred.

Route One is to go back to McD and get them to cancel the two charges - you made need to be firm.
Unfortunately it's quite far from me, otherwise that is a good idea

Hello all! I received two individual PCNs for leaving my vehicle in the McDonald's car park and not entering McDonald's on 1/8/26 and 2/8/26. As for the 2/8/26, I have a transaction confirming I went inside and purchased something - this was after I left my vehicle and returned. As for the 1/8/26 I have no proof I went inside/paid for anything (though I can only assume that this is unenforceable regardless as there can be a situation where one enters and doesn't buy anything etc) I believe there was someone in the car park with a Hi-Vis on noting down those who left. I'd appreciate any advice in appealing these - I have included pictures of both PCNs I received today. Am I right in assuming that for the 2/8/26 one I can just attach the picture of the transaction from my online banking?
Also the linked Sign Picture is from the PCN itself - it's not even legible.
