Just for clarity, when you say 'we', make sure it is the person to whom the letters are addressed (I.e. The registered keeper) whose name is on the Subject Access Request
-
Thank you very much, we'll get on to that today

Please don’t waste your time uploading DRP wastepaper. It’s of no use to us.
If you (or she) haven’t got the parking ticket, whichever of you was the addressee of the wastepaper (and presumably the registered keeper of the vehicle) should send the following email to
privacy@initialparking.co.uk
‘Dear Sir
Parking charge reference [ ].
I have attached a letter from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd (“DRP”) purporting to relate to a parking charge issued to me by your company. I have no record of receiving any such parking charge notice. Please send me a copy of any such notice(s) that you have issued to me by name or in relation to the car referenced in the letter from DRP.
This is a subject access request and I have attached the V5C registration document for the relevant car to show that I am the correct data subject.
Yours faithfully’
If neither of you was the registered keeper of the vehicle come back for more advice now. Otherwise come back for more advice once you’ve uploaded the redacted parking ticket(s) received from Initial which should take no more than a month.

If you don't have, or never received, the initial Parking Charge Notice, then you could submit a Subject Access Request (https://legalbeagles.info/library/guides_and_letters/court/subject-access-request/) to the Data Protection Officer at Initial Parking (privacy@initialparking.co.uk (privacy@initialparking.co.uk)), to get copies. The keeper will probably need to attach some documents to prove they are who they say they are, such as a redacted copy of the vehicle's V5C document.

The letter above and the two that have been deleted are the only letters she has received. Initial Parking appear to be the ones that manage the car park but we haven’t received anything from them, only the three from Debt Recovery Plus. We’ve typed the details into the Initial Parking website and nothing came up about this charge whatsoever.
I’m currently at work and on my phone so I can’t redo them letters that were deleted until this afternoon, Imgur works differently on my phone compared to the laptop and doesn’t allow me to do anything with images.

She (whoever she is) can use those DRP letters for toilet paper. They don’t tell us anything that will help us tell you (or her) how to beat this parking ticket. Please ask her to provide the actual parking ticket. For DRP to be sending all this waste paper there must have been an actual parking ticket (probably called a “parking charge notice” or “notice to keeper” or some such) from an actual parking company.

I've removed the images from your opening post that contained personal info for you.

Please accept my apologies guys, after New Years Eve, yesterday was a complete write off, I was dying and didn't even get out of bed. Even the cats walked in the bedroom, looked at me and then walked out again in disgust. And I've been at work since 6am this morning.
So, first of all I can't see where to delete them photo's I posted. I did do them via Imgur and then copied and pasted the link onto the post.
And secondly she's received another letter off Debt Recovery Plus today which I will attach below.
These three letters are all she's had. Should there have been one from Initial Parking to start with?
Apologies again everyone and any replies really are appreciated.

Looks like @Fowler1981 has lost interest in their own thread. So why are we bothering?

EVERYTHING in writing and keep copies.

So far, whoever “she” is has done everything wrong that it’s possible to do wrong short (thankfully) of paying these scammers.
But now’s the opportunity to start doing things right.
First of all, delete all those images that give away confidential information to prying eyes (such as reference numbers) and replace them with externally hosted scans of the front and back of the original PCN (parking charge notice or notice to keeper or whatever it calls itself). Redact the keeper’s name, address, vehicle number and any reference but leave all dates showing. Post them on an external site like www.imgur.com and give us the links. Then we can start giving sensible advice. In the meantime nobody should attempt to contact DRP who are toothless scaremongers with no enforcement capabilities.

Appear have parked in a private carpark on what appears to be the 23rd October (going by the Parking Charge Date on the Debt Recovery Plus letter). She thinks she was there for less than 30 minutes.
The first letter she received from Debt Recovery Plus is dated 27th November. She messaged them on their online portal on the 4th December and has received no reply. She then got a second letter from them dated 18th December. She then called them on the 20th December and was on hold for 29 minutes before giving up. She called again on 27th December and after 11 minutes it said she could leave her details in order to save her place in the queue and they will call her back. They didn’t and still haven’t called her back.
Now, am I right in thinking £170 seems excessive to be charged and isn’t there supposed to be a cheaper option if paid in a certain amount of time?
I’ve attached the 1st letter front and back, 2nd letter front and back and the pre-legal action letter that came with the second letter front and back. The back of that one is blank. I’ve also attached the GSV link for the car park.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
Thanks.
