This is the relevant part of the order.

By parking this way, you are actually in contravention regarding parking out of a bay(the whole axle is outside) and prospectively in contravention of the dropped footway and yellow line restrictions.
Unfortunately, councils are not interested in your good intentions, only money.
But make reps no later than 4th to secure the discount.
You suggest that you've seen other Civil Enforcement Officers, if so did the uniform in view in your photos correspond and does it satisfy the following:
When exercising prescribed functions under TMA section 78(2)(a) and (b) and section 79 and RTRA, section 99, a CEO must wear a uniform as required by TMA section 76(3)(a) and the Civil Enforcement Officers (Wearing of Uniforms) (England) Regulations 2007. The uniform should clearly show that the wearer is engaged in parking enforcement, the name of the local authority/authorities of whose behalf they are acting and a personal identity number:

This is annoying and depending on the yellow line times a higher level penalty could have been issued.
Redbridge is a hardline authority and rarely uses discretion that we see.
But we can look at the traffic order and some adjudicators do allow out of bay appeals.
I can't see that where the CEO took a picture is relevant.

Would appreciate some advice on this annoying ticket.
Long story short, I haven't been able to use my own driveway for the last year due to subsidence monitoring. I usually park outside in the resident's bay and overhang the marking by a foot or two to maximise space for neighbours. I've never had a problem with this before and seen wardens just walk past the car.
Anyway, my luck ran out and I was ticketed last week. However, my driveway CCTV picked up the warden trespassing while taking photos.
While trespassing itself isn't a crime, could generating revenue while trespassing invalidate the PCN?
