Thank you for your time and for the advice.
I've asked a friend who lives in Ealing to take pictures and will post an update. Most likely there is a new signage and therefore no grounds to fight the PCN, but we consider lodging a complaint with Ealing council for obfuscating the evidence.

They won't halt the process until the video is available, as they are under no legal obligation to do so. FWIW, I also tried to see your video and got nowhere, as they use the "Captcha" security question that doesn't seem to work for me. If I were you, raise an official complaint to Ealing.
The email address you used is clearly one for representations with its "parkingrep" name, so I would not expect it to include general enquiries.
OK, GSV doesn't show the signs as its latest view is 2024. Can you tell us if there are any advance signs for the Drayton Grove restriction on Drayton Road ? If you are able to return to the site and take some photos it would be useful.
And finally, be aware that councils ruthlessly game the system by rejecting virtually ALL representations and re-offer the discount, because they know that most people then fold and cough-up. London councils and TfL between them get over £650 million a year with this trick. So to win, you have to take them to London Tribunals with the full PCN penalty in play. So best if you have a robust case.

Good afternoon,
my partner received a PCN from Ealing as a keeper https://imgpile.com/p/ucmdsBW (https://imgpile.com/p/ucmdsBW).
I used to visit the area in the evenings/weekends as I am aware of parking restrictions. I assume they recently
added "School street" restrictions, however they are not visible on Google Street View: https://www.instantstreetview.com/@51.515307,-0.322668,82.04h,-15.13p,1z,dtv6t23D4LoGEYgOMMf82g (https://www.instantstreetview.com/@51.515307,-0.322668,82.04h,-15.13p,1z,dtv6t23D4LoGEYgOMMf82g)
The postcode is w13 0la, entrance to Drayton Grove is by turning right from Drayton Road.
As PCN itself contains no signage and no additional information, I tried to view the recordings. Here we faced technical issues.
www.viewmypcn.co.uk/ealing (mentioned on p2 of the PCN) returns "Resource not found" (Looks like the improperly configured site that can't redirect to an https page).
Request made on the home page viewmypcn.co.uk using PCN and VRM returns "Unknown ticket".
I've emailed parkingrep@ealing.gov.uk requesting the recordings to view but their automated response only refers to the representations, stating the response time 30 working days.
I wonder if my email request is going to be honoured at all or a more formal request (with full name, address etc.) is required and if the processing is put on hold until recordings are provided.
Only having the PCN without going back to the area we can only assume the nature of the contravention. The question is how to deal with it when the evidence is not available.
Thank you.
