As per our chat: I will deal with this one from now onwards.

For everyone else curious, I have sent what I have been told by Hippocrates.
If anyone wants an update out of curiosity, please let me know here or DM, unless advised otherwise.

We choose that ground as it is in lieu of procedural impropriety having followed several learned adjudicators' decision in this aspect.
PM me a phone number please as typing is tedious and time-consuming when you help 20+ people a day and file 3 or 4 appeals a day.

This which they will reject:
You cannot serve a charge certificate or increase the price to £240 as stated on the PCN. Therefore, please consider this collateral challenge and cancel the said PCN.
Choose ground: the penalty exceeded the amount..........
No more, no less and verbatim as I have written.
When they respond, I will take care of this case for you.
So I'm guessing through the link: https://pcnevidence.southwarkparking.co.uk/pcnonline/index.php
I write that in the box through: Representation -> The PCN exceeded the amount applicable -> This is a lower band contravention not a higher band contravention
If not, please let me know.
Also, sorry for my dumbassery and/or naïvety, but is there a reason I should do this?
I was just wondering originally if I have any actual excuse and right now, I'm not exactly sure what the plan is (would help if I knew what was going on, lol... or (I hope) you can ask me via DM if it helps?

Do not do anything at present.
Sure. Is there a plan to this or...?

Ok, I (finally) added all the stuff I believe is necessary at the moment.
I will add more if necessary (or also once I get a response from the above).

Please show all of the PCN only less personal details and I will deal with this for you personally.
All of the 4 pages, yeah?

Hello, <- :D (idiot, me)
Didn't notice the sign as my GPS directed me past this... Regardless, this is pretty much my fault; not purposefully, but my fault regardless. I have only been driving for less than half a year (passed test 2 years prior to that), and since I don't drive too regularly w/ passengers (as I did on the day), I suppose a mistake like this was bound to happen.
Embedded* whatever is relevant below (hopefully correctly the first time round nope):

Video (linked here, if it hasn't expired already) (https://convertandedit.com/share/direct/721d15a4-01e4-4405-8f93-e79ec37901d1.mp4)

I am curious, since this post exists: I'm suspecting I realistically have nothing to stand on, but would there be any "excuse" (i.e. first PCN, relatively "new" driver, etc.) that would let the council slide, or will I have to suck it up and "mug-up" to the council?
Thank you for any response.
