Very well presented decision.
How much longer will the wider public be subjected to such website twaddle...
Costs?

Not until we all work together and expose this global nightmare before the Transport Select Committee.

I will be making an application for costs.

******

The next case worth watching:

The amount outstanding on the PCN is £160.00, and will increase to £240.00 very soon. The amount outstanding on the PCN is £%s. However, as there is an ongoing appeal against this PCN, you must not make any payment at the moment. The tribunal will inform you of their decision and any directions in due course. Please pay £160.00 now.

Thanks, I'l politely decline as I'm a bit bust at the moment. I've just had 3 or 4 on-line hearing with the Watford Employment Tribunal and am glad to say won the day. I've posted a separate thread on this, but am here to say that during those hearings odd bods from my claimants list popped up, were welcomed by the judge and aske their names and their interest in the case. most left after a short while as it was nowhere near the court drama i suspect they were expecting.

This will be an interesting one: whenever.

The second one I would say is not just wholly unreasonable but rather certifiable.

Last one proof they want payment.

After Aristotle's Syllogism: if A=B and B=C then A=C. But, Hackney clearly have not read Aristotle. How they even got up to letter "H" is a mystery too.

It started as a joke:

Are observers obliged to observe in silence?

Yes. But, some adjudicators say hello basically just to identify you and do not mind if you keep your camera and microphone on as long as this does not bother the adjudicator.

As there are so many new ones, that is a reason too.

Hearings aren’t a participation sport!  ;D

I’d imagine the CVP (or whatever they use) will have observers on mute.

I really do urge all interested members to take the opportunity to observe hearings via Microsoft Teams. In fact, I do this myself and each experience is educational.

You can access the Daily Lists (ETA) on line and simply phone the Tribunal for a link. 020 7520 7200. Press button 1 when prompted (on two occasions).

They may aske you for the case details to which you simply say: the case number, appellant and that this is an observation request.  Any problems, mention my name.

Any of these cases would be worthwhile to see the Wizard in action:

Stanmore Quality Services Ltd.; Aquevo London Ltd.; Commercial Plant Services Ltd.

I also make a point of observing any case in which an authority attends.

Everyone is entitled to observe.
