Yes the address was correct, yes it's a lease car and yes it's the drop off zone.

Is the address on your V5C correct (assuming it's not a lease car)?

Is this for somewhere on Stanstead airport?

Received a letter dated 10.07, today 24.07, from Debt Recovery Plus. Relating to a PCN dated 10.05.2026.

PCN never received.

How is best to proceed? Should I email APCOA explaining this or just send the appeal? Have I "lost" the right to appeal?
