Whats the best angle for appeal here? Procedural impropriety

I’ve seen in another thread that the registered keeper was to argue that the two videos show one close up of their car. Then the second video shows a car committing the contravention but putting the onus on tfl to prove it was actually their car (the number plate not being clear).
Does this hold up?
Just remember that this argument would only get tested at London Tribunals, and the civil law of the evidence applies of "on the balance of probabilities". So obviously you can test this there, but I think you'd lose. These twin video presentations are now commonplace.

Sorry, missed the small words on what I thought was just a photo ! Yes, it certainly shows a contravention. The words "in flagrante delicto" would seem to apply.
Am I correct in guessing the route your driver took when approaching the junction ? I'm afraid CCTV covers all the unlawful moves here, and must be making TfL a tidy sum. Total PCN penalty income for London councils and TfL is getting towards £700 million a year, and may be beyond that sum now. A nice little earner !
I see no credible appeal argument against the contravention itself, I'm afraid.

We've seen this one before. I expect your driver approached the junction on Prince of Wales Road, wanting to turn right onto Shooters Hill Road, but right turns are barred, see GSV: -

So your driver drove on into Stratheden Road and turned right at the again barred right turn show on your photo hoping to get away with it. You can look at the video of this if you ring-up TfL and ask for it quoting the PCN number. TfL are, sadly, in the IT Dark Ages now, because the video is sent as a DVD. The PCN enforcement process will be frozen for about 10 days to give them time to produced it and send it out. Quite why TfL have this rather stupid system instead of having the vidoes on line like the London councils, only TfL know.
Anyway, I don't think you'd get much joy at London Tribunals, (TfL will obviously reject your reps), because the No Right Turn signs are clear enough. HOwever, there may be a technical appeal suggested which is unrelated to the contravention itself, based on TfL mismanagement of the enforcement process, so wait a bit to see if anything is suggested.

Hi there,
Please can I get some advice to appeal this pcn. The car had performed a prohibited turn. Im not sure of the exact circumstances as it was not me driving. Any advice to help me appeal this would be greatly appreciated
