The DYLs apply to the whole of the road, including pavements and verges. Essentially up to the property line.

Post up the PCN (both sides) and our experts may spot a procedural get-out. Only redact your name and address.

Hello,
I parked here yesterday (Sunday), thinking it was an appropriate place to park considering I'm not on the road and got hit with a PCN. What grounds (if any) can I appeal this on?

Telford, England.
Telford and Wrekin Council.
