Hi

After a bit of research Salford only make them available once you receive the NTO. Which seems unfair to me

Thanks for the reply, if i login either to pay or challenge it doesn't show any photos? Are they obliged to show them or do I have to request them?
This council may not get their CEOs to take photos, although I'm surprised you haven't found any. Photos are not, surprising as it may seem, a legal requirement. It is your son's word against the CEO

The photos, if there are any, may be accessible via the PCN payment pages.

Yellow lines control the whole road not just the carriageway.

We need to see the council's pics but it doesn't look hopeful.

Hi

My son has parked up to the railings to the right of the dots on the maps picture. Is there anything that's appealable? I believe that part may be private land ironically owned by Salford council whom he works for as an apprentice !
