I have received a pcn for moving traffic contravention. I have appealed but has been rejected. The driver admits to using Bective Road following diversion signs. The reason was as Dames Road was closed for roadworks. The council completely deny the road was closed at the time of the alleged contravention. The driver and passenger 100 % state the road was closed.
